Private Sessions

Dear Participant and/or Parents of participant,

Thank you for enrolling in our skateboarding class!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please carefully read the following important information about the class, as well as the terms and conditions. On the first day we will ask you to sign a printed handout of this document to confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms:
 

LOCATION

Classes will be held on the DIY Skatepark in Vale da Telha. For the ones who haven't been there yet, this is the exact location: DIY Skatepark VDT.
 

EQUIPMENT

Please bring your own skateboard, helmet and protective gear. If you don't have your own equipent please let us know upfront so we provide the equipment for you and for the beginning. If you keep on joining the weekly classes we recommend to get your own equipment eventually.

To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we highly recommend wearing proper protective gear: a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards. 
 

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

We want everyone to have a great time at our skateboarding classes and camps, but it's important to keep safety in mind. Participants are responsible for their own health and accident insurance. While we do everything we can to create a safe environment, please acknowledge that skateboarding carries some inherent risks. We do not assume liability for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur during the classes. By signing this document, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
Mainly for educational purposes we will be taking videos and photos. Please let us know if you do NOT want these to be shared on our Instagram profile and/or on our website.

PAYMENT
Payment is due on the day of the class, before the session begins. You can pay in cash or via bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by transfer, please send us a PM for the bank details. Let us know if you would like to receive a receipt.

 

CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY
Classes may be canceled due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible, and a make-up class will be scheduled if possible.
